Cretan Mythos Organic Avocado Oil is produced from naturally matured avocados, of Fuerte and Hass variety, which are cultivated by small farms in West Crete.
Unrefined and extracted with cold press technique gives the Avocado Oil a mild, soft and buttery taste with its greenish colour from avocados.
It perfectly accompanies fresh salads, roasted meat, and fish. It can also be used instead of butter in desserts.
