Cretan Nectar’s Organic Balsamic Glaze with thyme Honey is created with balsamic vinegar, grape molasses and thyme honey, which are minimally processed to retain the full bodied flavour of honey without added sugar, thickeners, colourings or preservatives. An ideal accompaniment for green salads, raw and grilled vegetables and a delicious marinade for roast meat and fish.
Cretan Nectar Biological Balsamic Glazes are made from the combination of Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Grape Molasses (Petimezi) and Honey or Fruits, as Orange, Pomegranate, Aronia (Chokeberries) and Fig without preservatives, colorings and sugar.
